| If you have one or more
quilts in the show, please review the important information below. |
1. Wall and bed quilts of all sizes must have hanging sleeves.
|
2. Please bring your quilt to Harford
Technical High School on Friday, October 17th, between 5:15 p.m. and
7:15 p.m. The entire exhibit will be organized and set up on Friday.
Quilts cannot be accepted on Saturday. |
3. When you deliver your quilt on
Friday, you will receive a receipt. Please hang on to your receipt!
You will need it in order to claim your quilt on Sunday.

4. On Sunday, please bring your receipt
to the high school between 5:15 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. If you cannot be
there during this time frame, you must have someone else do it for
you, and they must bring the receipt. |
5. It will take a few minutes to
retrieve your quilt for you and to verify your receipt, especially
if you have more than one quilt. |
There are over 200 items in the show.
Please be patient. Have a seat. Thank you. |

Quilt Appraisals
There will be quilt appraisals on both Saturday and Sunday this year.
Written appraisals are $45 for a half hour appointment. Oral appraisals are
$20 for a 10 minute appointment. These are insurance replacement value
appraisals, not necessarily "sale" appraisals.
Our Appraiser will be Karen Dever from Moorestown, NJ who is AQS Certified.
She can appraise new, old and art quilts and quilt tops as well. Visit

This is open to both guild members and non-members, first come, first
served.

Silent Auction information:
Silent Auction
quilts needed for "Harvest of Quilts Show 2008"
Plan on donating small quilts, wall hangings, tree skirts, table runners,
Christmas stockings, placemats, handbags, vests, etc. Items for the
auction will be displayed during the quilt show and bidding begins on
Saturday, ending on Sunday. Proceeds go back to the guild to support
year long programs. |
