Quilt Show Logistics

If you have one or more quilts in the show, please review the important information below.

1. Wall and bed quilts of all sizes must have hanging sleeves.

2. Please bring your quilt to Harford Technical High School on Friday, October 22, between 5:15 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. The entire exhibit will be organized and set up on Friday. Quilts cannot be accepted on Saturday.

3. When you deliver your quilt on Friday, you will receive a receipt. Please hang on to your receipt! You will need it in order to claim your quilt on Sunday.

4. On Sunday, please bring your receipt to the high school between 5:15 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. If you cannot be there during this time frame, you must have someone else do it for you, and they must bring the receipt.

5. It will take a few minutes to retrieve your quilt for you and to verify your receipt, especially if you have more than one quilt.

There are over 200 items in the show. Please be patient. Have a seat. Thank you.
