Next Gosling event Monday, February 6, 2012
from 7-9 pm.  Union Chapel Methodist Church
Freezer Paper Hand Applique" with Lois Tidey
We will be making hearts and the kit will be provided for project which includes pattern, fabric, thread and needle (#10 or 11 straw or milner).
"Clover glue stick" which will be available for purchase at $5.00 but if you prefer another brand please bring it. It would be helpful to let JoAnn or Buchie know if you would like to order a tube. Please bring small scissors, thimble (yes, you can use one and I have several you can try) and any needle you feel comfortable using as straw needles have a small eye. Needle threader can be useful.
Remember that Goslings workshops are open to all members. New members as well as experienced quilters are welcome to come and learn, share, quilt, and have fun! We plan a project that can usually be completed in an evening. Any questions, please call Buchie  or Jo Ann . Remember....these workshops are free and everyone is invited!!!

The Gosling bee was started in order to help make our new members feel welcome.  Meet other guild members whether they are new or long-time members, in a smaller, more intimate setting.  These bees are held during a regular guild bee at the Union Chapel United Methodist Church at 1012 Old Joppa Rd in Joppa, MD.  Most months there is a small learning program for the new members to help them learn more about the art of quilting.  Open to ALL guild members.
Quilt Sleeve pattern download in word format.

All members are invited to join us but we ask that you let us know so we can plan accordingly.
